How Estonian streetwear Wild Leisure Clothes Are Made

Fast fashion has made clothing production very quick and impersonal. Most modern garments are made in large factories as mass-produced items, and many brands also use print-on-demand solutions, where designs are simply sent through a machine and shipped directly to the customer.

Estonian streetwear Wild Leisure was created with a different approach. For us, it’s important that our clothes have a story – from the design stage to the finished product.

All Designs Come From Us

Wild Leisure designs are not taken from stock images or the internet. All graphics are drawn by us – either by me alone or by Hendri and me together.

Our streetwear ideas come from different sources: Estonian skate culture, music, street culture, and everyday life. Sometimes a design comes together quickly; other times, it takes time until it feels just right.

For us, it’s crucial that each print is original and truly made by hand, not just copied from somewhere online.

Small-Batch Production, Not Mass Manufacturing

Wild Leisure does not follow fast fashion logic. We do not produce thousands of identical items at once. Instead, we make clothes in smaller batches, keeping production under control and avoiding overproduction.

This also means some products are only available for a limited time.

Hand-Pulled Screen Printing in Estonia

The most important part of our products is the print.

Wild Leisure clothing is not just machine-printed. Our prints are created using hand-pulled screen printing in Estonia.

Screen printing is a technique where ink is pushed through a mesh stencil onto the fabric. It’s slower than many modern automated solutions, but the result is more durable and higher quality.

Each print goes through human hands, making every item unique.

Why We Do It

We believe clothing should last and have value. When a product is carefully designed and high-quality printed, it is more likely to be worn for a long time. This is also a way to reduce the environmental impact of fast fashion.

Wild Leisure aims to move toward sustainable and conscious production – making less, but making it better.

A Small, Independent Brand

Wild Leisure is not a big corporation. It’s a small, independent streetwear brand where every design, print, and detail is thoughtfully created.

When you wear Wild Leisure clothing, you wear something that was designed from an idea, hand-drawn, and printed in small batches.
